Introductions:

This article follows Parkway Holidays Travel’s refund policy, which may be revised occasionally. T’s policy applies to all of our online or offline services.

Terms and Conditions:

  • As a condition for getting our refund facilities, you attest that you booked services from us with true and accurate information.
  • If you booked the services by providing false and inaccurate information, you cannot obtain the refund facility, and your refund will be null and dismissed.
  • To avoid having their ticket cancelled by the airline, the passenger must provide a copy of their valid passport, visa, and other necessary documents.
  • The validity of the passport must be over 6 months from the travel date.
  • We will not be liable for deportation or offloading the passenger by providing improper/fake documents from your side.

Flight:

  • To change the flight date, we follow the airline’s re-issue policy.
  • The passengers are advised to confirm with us 48 hours before the travel date so that we can re-issue the ticket. Otherwise, per the airline’s rules, a no-show charge will apply.
  • For cancellations and refunds, we always follow the airline’s refund policy.
  • Refunds are applicable only for refundable tickets.
  • The refund policy will follow the rules of the carrier and airlines.
  • Refund applications within 24 hours of the flight time will be treated as a no-show, and the no-show charge will be applicable.
  • The refund may take up to 3-4 weeks from the date of refund application.
  • An airline refund charge at our convenience will be applicable for a refund.
  • We will refund the money after exactly it is received.
  • Void payment is not applicable on low-cost carrier flights such as Indigo, SpiceJet, Air Arabia, Air Asia, and Jazeera.
  • Payment of void may take up to 07 days.

Hotel

  • We always follow the property’s cancellation policy.
  • A cancellation fee will be applied depending on the property and the time of cancellation.
  • A date change is impossible for a hotel booking with the same confirmation number. You have to cancel the previous booking and rebook on the new date.

Visa:

  • We only process the papers for the customer’s visa application.
  • We do not assure you of getting a visa.
  • Visa issuance is a right reserved by the Embassy.
  • The customer may have to face an embassy interview by themselves if needed.
  • Visa fees and service charges are strictly not refundable even if the customer does not get the visa.
