Visa Requirements
Basic Document:
- Passport with minimum seven (07) months validity
- All previous passports
- Visiting card
- NID copy
- Recent two (02) copies photo (2 inch X 2 inch, White background)
- Parent, Spouse, Child, and Sibling’s information: name, date of birth, birthplace, and current country of residence.
- Name, address, and phone number of present Employer or School
- Monthly salary & designation. (for job holder)
- Previous employment information (Employer name, address, phone number, designation, duration (date from to).
- Educational information: Institution name, address, course of study, and duration (date from to).
- Any relative in the U.S.A. (Father, mother, sister, brother, husband, wife, son, daughter): name, address, relation, and status (citizen, studying, working, etc.)
- Last ten years visited countries’ name
The following documents need to be carried at the time of the interview in the USA Embassy:
For Business Person:
- Trade license copy with notarized and translated into English
- Certificate of incorporation and memorandum copy for limited company
- Company letterhead pad
- Import/export certificate – if any
Job Holder:
- No objection certificate (NOC)
- Salary certificate
- Pay slips – if any
- G.O (Government Order) for official passport
- BMDC certificate copy for doctor
- Bar council certificate copy for advocate
For Student:
- Student ID card copy
- Leave letter from School/College/University
Others:
- Birth Certificate (only for child & infant)
- Marriage certificate copy (if spouse name not mentioned in passport)
- Other financial documents (Fixed deposit/ Property i.e. land, flat, etc.) – if any
- Asset Valuation (summary of property, bank statement, fixed deposit, and other financial documents)
Sponsor documents:
- Invitation letter (must mention inventor’s contact number and email address)
- Passport copy
Visa processing fee: 20,000/- (non-refundable)
Embassy fee: 22,000/- (can be changed any time) Payable to Embassy. (non-refundable)
